Spring awakening salad
Share the taste of spring using the freshest seasonal arrivals!
We at Zsámboki Biokert have just released their NEW seasonal greens. This vibrant, nutrient-dense salad is the perfect way to welcome the season.
Add to Basket:
- Bio salad mix - Mesclun (The perfect tender base)
- Organic Swiss Chard Rainbow (For a splash of color)
- Organic Red Russian Kale (Hardy and sweet)
- Organic Radishes (For a crisp, peppery crunch)
- Organic Walnuts (For a nutty finish)
Preparation: Massage the Kale with a bit of salt and olive oil first to soften the leaves, then toss with the Mesclun mix and sliced Chard. Top with sliced radishes and walnuts. Drizzle with a simple honey-mustard vinaigrette.
