Ways to get involved:
Apprenticeship
We take on 1–2 paid full-time apprentices per year. We ask for a minimum 2-year commitment and look for people who are serious about organic growing.
Internship
We welcome interns through the Cargonomia programme and independent applicants. Expect hands-on, immersive experience across all areas of the farm. We typically ask for a commitment of 3–6 months, unpaid.
Volunteering
We welcome volunteers throughout the growing season. A good fit for those who want to experience farm life and contribute to what we're building. We ask for a minimum 2-week commitment, unpaid.

Logistics/packing team member
The Role
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on logistics team member to join our Gödöllő fulfilment centre. Starting with one day per week (Wednesday), the role can quickly grow to two or three days as you settle in and operations expand. For the right person, this is a genuine pathway to the Operations & Quality Lead position — a senior role with full responsibility for our fulfilment operations, team coordination, and organic compliance. We are looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow with us.
How the Role Grows
Starting out — Wednesday (1 day): Being part of then leading the packing team, ensuring 100% order accuracy, and getting to know our systems and standards.
Growing into — Tuesday (half-day): Stock intake from Zsámbok and external organic partners, inventory management, and preparation for packing.
Expanding further — Thursday (half-day): Facility maintenance, logistics wrap-up, and administrative ordering for the following week.
Progression — Operations & Quality Lead: Full ownership of the fulfilment operation, team management, compliance documentation, and liaison with Commercial and Financial managers.
Key Responsibilities
Packing & Order Accuracy: Work within the packing team to fulfil customer orders to an exceptional standard on packing day (Wednesday).
Then with time:
Stock & Quality Control: Receive and check incoming produce from the farm and organic suppliers, flagging any quality issues promptly.
Driving & Logistics: Coordinate stock movements between Zsámbok and Gödöllő as needed.
Customer Care: Handle customer queries and issues relating to orders and deliveries with care and professionalism.
Systems & Admin: Work within our Growing Good webshop platform to manage packing lists, inventory, and delivery logistics.
Skills & Experience
Stock management: Some experience in stock control, warehousing, fresh produce, or food logistics is an advantage.
Quality control: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to consistently high standards.
Driving: Valid driver’s licence (B); comfortable driving a 3.5-tonne van.
Customer care: Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful approach to resolving issues.
Team lead (for progression): Experience leading a small team is not required to start, but will be valued as the role grows towards the Lead position.
Attributes: Reliable, organised, long-term minded, and genuinely interested in organic food and sustainable agriculture.
