Happy New Year!

   Taste is the best reflection of the nutrient density (how much food is packed with essential nutrients).  Zsámboki Biokert carrots came out top in a taste taste this last week at a workshop, where participants blindfold tasted a Hungarian conventional carrots (non-organic), a store-bought (Aldi) "industrial" organic carrots and Zsámboki Biokert own carrots.  The all round preference was for the Zsámboki Biokert carrot ("good crunchy texture, sweet and aromatic").  Unfortunately, the bad news is that we only have a limited amount of our own carrots left - this week just bunching carrots.  We plan to grow more of our own carrots in 2026 as we can see that we are doing something right here!
