Squash Harvest

Waldorf kids are a helpful and inspiring lot when it comes to harvesting!

We had a very enjoyable squash harvest this week - with the irreplaceable help of the 3rd Graders from Gödöllő Waldorf Iskola. They especially loved Sári, the horse, the cart ride with her. So, first of all thank you to all our young helpers!

There is plenty of work going on in the garden to ensure we have a good range of autumn and early winter crops. We welcome the rain, and also welcome the continued beautiful Indian Summer. Csaba, Kati, Logan and Zoli (as well as Kata and Matthew) are all onto it!

We are preparing for the Zsámboki Biokert Open Day/Harvest Celebration on Saturday 4th October. We hope to see lots of you at our farm!
