Wedding!

   The most important news is that Csaba Petro, our farm manager, got married to Lili this weekend.  The wedding was quite the event in the village. Lots of the older members of the village were happy to see a young couple get married in the church.  So, wedding vows, and a new life.  There was a good knees-up (wedding reception) in the street (Csaba's next-door-neighbours garden) with good attendence at the wedding by the Zsámboki Biokert Team (including Sári Ló - see photos).Emese looked so good, it looked as though she was getting married - although Sári Ló was in competition for the most beautiful bride.

  This week we started to harvest our garlic - which is a really beautiful (and delicious crop).  We have larger heads of garlic this year, though the amount of crop was not too big - also challenged by the heat.
