Rootwasher

We got a rootwasher! We are very happy!

Still on the carrot and root vegetable theme, this week we acquired a new bit of kit - a root vegetable washer! This we bought from our old friend Gódor Toncsi, from Galgahévíz, who used to be a large-scale organic vegetable producer, and no longer needs the root washer. We tested the washer at its new home in Zsámbok this week and were very happy with the results. We will save on both time and water use, and lastly less freezing hands!
