The Season is Starting!
We are pleased to report that spring has begun in the garden and we are well into the early work of the season.
Emese has been very busy and fully occupied with raising plants in the propogation tunnel Several times a week we have new sowings, and there is plenty of care goes into raising the young transplants. Work is also going on outside, with Csaba and Logan (and sometimes Matthew) very busy preparing beds, moving compost, cultivating beds ready for oudoor sowings or transplanting. Kati is busy harvesting and weeding our beds of fresh green salad leaves. Things are moving along apace, and the garden begins to transform.
