Cold

It is properly cold this week, though we are lucky with the weather, as alongside the cold we have also had a good amount of sunshine, which keeps our crops happy in the polytunnels.

At this time of year there are plenty of odd jobs around the farm which we never get time to do - Csaba has been making a hay feeder for the sheep, Kati and Emese have been whitewashing the kitchen, Logan has been doing a bit of adobe plastering work. This is an important time of year for us for planning for the year ahead, and ordering seeds.
