Ingredients:
- Half a head of white cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1 pc Golden apple, grated
- 1 small red onion
- 50 g oriental mix (optional)
For the dressing:
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- A little olive oil or sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (if available)
For toppings:
- Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and soya/tamari sauce
Preparation:
Mix the vegetables and the apple together in a bowl. Mix the dressing thoroughly, pour it over the salad, and toss well.
Toast the seeds in a pan until golden brown, transfer them to a small bowl, drizzle with a little soy sauce, and mix well.
