Spicy Cauliflower Stew with Hokkaido Pumpkin

Ingredients:

3 heads of red onions

1 head of cauliflower

half a Hokkaido pumpkin

approx 200g of potatoes

1 pc parsley root

many cloves of garlic, salt and pepper

Garam Masala

Dice and fry onions. Deseed and dice pumpkin, cut up potatoes and parsley root, too. Add these to the frying onions. Add a little water, salt and pepper and spice it all up. Put lid on. Put cauliflower into small florets and mix it with the veggies, adding more water. Cook till soft. Add garlic if you want.

It's delicious with a dash of yoghurt.
