Following the farming practical placement of the Regional Waldorf School, this week we had a two-day visit from the 9th Class from a Gödöllő upper school. 33 students tried their hand at garden work in the afternoon, cooked for themselves in the evening, and enjoyed the simplicity of camping in the apple orchard and tried out our newly constructed low-tech showers. The next morning the group decamped and set off for Tóálmás to try out the newly renovated strand – Sári, our loyal cart-horse, helped set them on their way, by carring the students for their first kilometre in our horse-cart.
