MOM Organic Market​

Shopping at the Biomarket is a sensory overload. The varying colors of ripe, organic seasonal fruits and vegetables, and the smell of fresh baked goods tempt your senses from every direction. Every Saturday morning in Gesztenyes Park, located next to the MOM shopping center in Buda, you can have the opportunity to visit us to purchase freshly picked seasonal vegetables, leafy greens, Budapesto, jams, spreads, free range eggs and more.

This market is the largest direct sales organic market in Hungary. Shopping at the market gives you the opportunity to get the freshest products, and to learn more about each product from our garden. Visit us to ask questions about recipes, how we manage our garden, what to cook with each ingredient, and any other questions you may have about Zsámboki Biokert. 



How to get there:



Bus: From Astoria, Rackozi Utca: Take the 112 Bus and exit at Siraly Utca stop



Metro & Tram: Take the M3 Red line or 4/6 Tram to Szell Kallman Ter. Exit and Switch to the switch to Tram #61. Ride and exit once the tram reaches MOM park shopping center. Walk up Csorsz utca to main entrance of market



Opening Hours: Every Saturday 6:30 am to 1:00 pm. 

According to the new decree by the II. District Borough Council the market can be visited by customers above 65 years of age in between 7.30-9.00am.
